Clare Stewart is a Licensed Conveyancer and Justice of the Peace with over 30 years in the conveyancing field. In 2015 Clare founded Avalon Beach Conveyancing. She offers a mobile and after hours service for busy people who cannot attend appointments during office hours. Clare's commitment to great communication, personal service and seamless transactions has supported the Northern Beaches community in countless transactions for nearly 40 years.

With nearly 20 years’ experience as a property and conveyancing lawyer, Candice leads our conveyancing team. Candice’s clients include SMEs, property developers, individuals and families. Candice’s extensive background covers small and large national firms, both city and metropolitan. She delivers a sophisticated standard of professional service, grounded in a practical style. Candice is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and genuinely values her relationships with her clients, to understand and drive to meet their objectives.

Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University in 2020 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2023. With a background in real estate and experience in residential conveyancing as a Licensed Conveyancer, Kim was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2023. Kim has a passion for property law and is focused on understanding her client’s objectives - to help them navigate the complexities of their conveyancing transactions with ease.
